24-14 Renovated studio Prime gramercy W/D

Very good stay, everything was nice ! Would suggest Urban !!

Great hospitality and very clean place with a great layout

Whew where to begin!
After staying here for a few months, I had a really good experience! I know the listing had some lower reviews which i don’t really know why people rated it as such: if you’re looking to book a place in NY I think this is the one for you! Take a chance ;)
Apartment itself: It was just as shown in the pictures! It is a studio apartment so don’t expect it to be bigger than that HOWEVER it comes equipped with everything you will need for a great stay (kitchen utensils / AC / fans / pillows etc). There was never a moment I thought “wow this apartment needs ____” which was amazing
Location: the location of the apartment is perfect! It is near two major avenues where you can take multiple buses to get around in the city. It is near multiple subway lines just a short walk away (N, R, L and 6) which is a huge advantage in Manhattan. Gramercy has so many cool restaurants and bars! You can never go wrong with any of the places near the apartment (there is even a coffee shop a few feet away)
I will note that the apartment is in a WALK UP building so DO be mindful when packing and pushing bags up lots of flights of stairs. I got a work out every day just going up and down.
Now to the few negative comments…
1. The host really sucks at communicating. They need to work on this to keep in touch with their guests and ensure that their stay is good or make sure they don’t need anything. As I mentioned above I didn’t have an issue with the apartment but I wish they would’ve checked in with me here and there just to make sure I was doing good.
2. The location has VERY thin walls / windows AND being in NYC you can hear anything and everything - from ambulances, people walking upstairs allll the time, the neighbors across the hallway, etc. Additionally, you sometimes can hear the people from the comedy club (which, don’t get me wrong the comedy club is awesome! Go see a show if you can) . So if you struggle with noise this might not be the place for you.
Overall great place to stay! Would stay again for sure! Highly recommend
